Behind the Music of Ramon
Ramon has always been musically gifted. From a young age, he was singing, performing, and playing a variety of instruments including piano, guitar and trumpet. After moving overseas at the age of 20 to study, Ramon attended the Nueva Escuela de Musica Popular Latinoamericana (NEMPLA) in Argentina and graduated with a diploma in composition and harmony.

Upon returning to Australia in 2020 he continued his journey with a bachelors degree in music and sound design from the University of Technology Sydney. He has worked as a session and touring musician since then, however his passion is in composition and production. He has worked on several award winning short films and animations as a composer and continues to work in the field today

2020 - Present
Ramon began his career as a composer with the release of his debut EP, Dichotomy in 2020. Since then he has produced music in collaboration with other artists and worked with emerging film makers to create soundtracks for their work in both short and medium form and he continues this work today
Music Tutor
2018 - Present
Ramon has for many years worked as a private music tutor: on guitar, piano and trumpet. He has worked both freelance and as part of a team during 2022 and 2023 at The Music Space Rocky Point, where he coordinated classes and ran a rock band program for groups of students. He continues to work privately as an instrument tutor.

Session and touring musician 2022-present
Ramon has worked as a session and touring musician since 2022, working with bands and artists such as Blood Blossoms, Trash Springfield, August Auzins and many others. In 2022 he completed a tour of the east coast and has been known for both his work on the trumpet and keyboards
